Mohammed is a false prophet

After careful study of the Scripture, of early Christian history, and some study of the period after Mohammed took to murdering anyone who would not surrender to him, I have personally come to the conclusion that Mohammed is a false prophet. The same is true about Joseph Smith, the founder of the Mormons (known as the Latter Day Saints).

The true prophets of God were men of exemplary character. They were asked to speak out against the sins of the people of their time. They faced the danger of losing their lives and in one case the prophet was sawn in two because of the wickedness of the people of Israel (Samaria, the Northern Kingdom). They were godly men. When Ezekiel challenged the prophets of Baal, he was able to bring about a miracle, that is God provided the fire for the holocaust (sacrifice of a bull), but the prophets of Baal, because they were false prophets failed miserably the challenge given to them.

Therefore in the light of the Old Testament, one can prove that Mohammed the camel driver did not meet the criteria for being a true prophet of God. There was nothing holy about the man. He was rotten to the core, for he:

  • claimed that Allah sanctioned his multiple marriages;
  • he slept with a girl who was still in her innocence, being 9 years old when he bedded her for the first time;
  • he murdered the husband of a Jewess and enslaved her with a marriage;
  • he claimed that Allah said that wives were to be beaten usually without provocation;
  • he plundered the villages in Arabia, and he murdered anyone who did not submit to his rule;
  • he forced Jews and Christians to pay a tax in order to have any form of freedom to practise their own religion.
  • he plundered the Christian churches and the synagogues;
  • he stole the property of others.

This is neither a comprehensive or exhaustive list of the evil actions of Mohammed. However, the list itself was easily compiled. What we are seeing today, in the face of demands to eeither convert to Islam or face death, is the same situation faced by the early Christians who either lost their lives at the hands of Mohammed, or were enslaved. Ditto for the Jews.

In recent years we have seen more and more outbursts of rage from these monkeys and dogs. Who can forget the rage when Salmon Rushdie's book, "Satanic Verses" was published. The author had a fatwa placed upon his head, and that means that any Muslim, given the opportunity has the right to murder Rushdie, because of some perceived slight. Several of the translators of the book were in fact murdered. How can it be argued that theyse mullahs are holy men of God? I contend that they belong to Satan, in the same way that the Pharisees and the Sadducees belong to Satan, for their hearts are bent upon doing evil, instead of seeking the truth. To even things up, I apply the same staandard to Fundamentalist Christians who want to bring on Armageddon, because they believe that he battle described in the Book of Revelation will in fact lead to the end of the world. The same goes for Hindus, Buddhists and others who see themselves as superior to their fellow man, and therefore they also seek to subjugate those who have not joined them in their faith. Earlier this year we had the cartoon rage, where we were treated again to the tantrums of three year olds, as they screamed obscenities about Pope Benedict XVI as well blaspheming Jesus Christ. They burned and vandalised Christian places of worship, a Catholic nun plus 4 Christian Armenians were murdered in the name of Mohammed.

The message of Jesus Christ is the direct opposite of this spread of religion by the sword. Jesus taught about the law of God that is circumcised on our hearts. Mohammed indulged in a reign of terror.

Vale Steve Irwin the crocodile hunter, vale Peter Brock

The week started off with the news that Steve Irwin, the Crikey crocodile hunter was killed by the toxin of a sting ray, and it has ended with the news that one of Australia's most popular racing car drivers, Peter Brock was killed in a car accident.

I am not a fan of Steve Irwin. However, I do admire the way that he had a love for animals and especially the way that he loved his family. Steve was unfairly criticized by the PC crowd when he was filmed taking his son Bob into the enclosure that held the crocodiles at his zoo, for the baby was never in danger. Steve was never afraid of these deadly animals, and he wanted his children to be brought up with the same lack of fear and love for all animals. He was not afraid to swim amongs the animals of the deep, knowing that some of them could be quite deadly. He knew the dangers that the barb of the sting ray posed, and it did not deter him from swimming amongst them. We do not know why the sting ray attacked because this animal only attacks if it fears that it is being attacked. Steve had no chance because the barb went through his heart. Steve Irwin is dead at the age of 44. His legacy is one that is overwhelming in terms of putting people in touch with the wild, and being infected by his brand of enthusiasm. His enthusiasm brought tourists to Australia.

I grew up with Peter Brock the racing car driver. At least, he was at the beginning of his motor car racing when I was a teenager. His first marriage was a short lived disaster. I can remember that Peter Brock married Michelle Downes, a former Miss Victoria. The short marriage was very stormy and best forgotten. Peter is remembered on the race track as Peter Perfect, and it was a name that he did not like. Peter Brock was passionate about road safety, and his racing car had the number 05 which served as a reminder of the .05 campaign against drink driving. He encouraged the Australian athletes in Athens, and had a passion for wanting to help the less fortunate.

Who would think that Peter Perfect, the man who was so passionate about motor safety would be killed druing a car rally when the car he was driving went out of control on a tight bend and hit a tree. That spot had already claimed 8 lives. Brockie's seat belt and helmet could not save his life. He died at the scene of the accident.

I loved to watch Brockie driving in the Bathurst car races. This is pretty weird for someone who does not follow motor sports. This was a man who had a passion for his chosen sport and his passion showed in such a way that he had a lot of fans who loved to see him win that race. He retired with 9 Bathurst wins under his belt, and he was a true champion driver.

Australia has lost two good and prominent men, and it is a sad end to the week.

May both be in God's arms, and may their families be consoled.
