Little Qian, who has been dubbed Pumpkin is to be taken to China to live with her grandmother, a court judge in New Zealand has decided.
Grace, her half sister will be allowed to have contact with Qian via email and visits to China or Qian visiting New Zealand.
The judge considered that this was the best outcome for Pumpkin.
